Jeanne Segrue, owner of Gluten-Free Guidance, is a certified teacher with experience in classroom teaching and corporate training. She has extensive knowledge from countless hours of research, expert physicians, and seminars. Jeanne is on the Board of Directors for the Central Connecticut Celiac Support Group and has published newspaper articles on celiac disease and gluten-free living.
Jeanne graduated Magna Cum Laude from the State University of New York at Brockport with her Bachelor's Degree in English and Education and with a New York State Teacher's Certification in grades Nursery through 12th grade. She was a member of the Alpha Chi Honor Society, the Sigma Tau Delta International English Honor Society, and the Education Club.
Currently, Jeanne Segrue is also a Brand Ambassador for Udi's/Glutino Gluten-Free Foods. She works as a liaison between customers and Udi's/Glutino. She educates local communities about the company and offers samples of products to potential customers.
